The Magical Pink Egg

The Magical Pink Egg

When I first heard about the beauty blender I thought it was the stupidest thing ever to be invented. Like WHAT you want me to spend $26 plus tax on a pink egg shaped sponge?! I can get sponges at the dollar store thank you very much. But after hearing so much buzz on the beauty blender I caved and bought one out of curiosity. The hype is real my friends! It really is magical!!

I never did my research on the beauty blender prior to purchasing it. All I had to go on was youtube. So when I walked into Sephora I was looking for a large beauty blender like the ones people used in their videos and found out the beauty blender is actually quite small in its dry form. When wet the beauty blender doubles in size and its magic can begin!

So in case any of you are a beauty blender virgin like I was I’ll explain the steps.

1. Remove from package 2. Wet the beauty blender and squeeze the water out till it reaches its full size. 3. Squeeze in a towel to remove excess water. 4. Bounce to blend your makeup!

The original egg shape GUARANTEES effortless blending in both small and large surface areas.

The exclusive material super plush and moisture loving ensures makeup sits on the surface of the sponge for smoother more uniform blending.

Minimum water retention open cell structure only holds what is absolutely necessary for primer application performance.

360 degrees of edgeless flawless application eliminates lines and streaks that other sponges and imitators leave behind.

The beauty blender has been the only product I’ve been using to apply my foundation since I purchased it! I am absolutely in love with it! Super impressed and quite frankly amazed! The result is an airbrushed flawless finish that looks incredibly natural.  My make up  is so  seamless and this totally prevents caking. Everyone should own this! If you don’t have one go out right now and buy one! you need this in your life!

As for cleaning your beauty blender I have tried numerous methods from Baby shampoo to dish soap to bath and bodyworks antibacterial soap but what I found works best is my MAC brush cleaning solution! Gets all the makeup out plus the stains. My beauty blender looks like new!

Do you own the beauty blender? Do you love it as much as I do?!
