Kat Von D Lock-it Concealer 

I really wanted to love Kat Von D’s lock-it concealer but unfortunately it was a disappointment. It just didn’t live up to all the hype for me.

Packaging:

It comes in a beautifully designed squeeze tube. The tip doesn’t leak which is fab! You get 17ml of product which is an amazing amount for a concealer. Usually you get a lot less. More bang for your buck there.

Formula and Wear:
I chose the shade medium 22 as I like my under eye area to be brighter. The formula was thick and creamy which I actually liked however when it comes to coverage it didn’t do much for me. The concealer was unable to fully mask my dark circles like I had hoped. I also didn’t feel that it was full coverage it was more of medium coverage to me. One thing I did love about this concealer is that it didn’t crease.  This concealer claims to wear for 24 hour, now I’m not sure who keeps their makeup on for a full day but I have worn it for a good 10 hours I can say that it held up great!

The main reason Kat Von D’s lock-it concealer is a thumbs down for me is because it failed to mask my dark circles and was not in my opinion full coverage.
