Early access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is on NOW!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year and no I’m not referring to Christmas. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is now on! This one of the most anticipated sales that happens every year. They’re not selling old stock my friends they are selling BRAND spanking NEW fall pieces. Pro tip: Stock tends to sell out fast! So if you see something you like buy it now. Nordstrom has an awesome return policy and even offers free return shipping. 

There’s a catch of course. In order to get EARLY access to this sale you must be a Nordstrom Rewards Visa Credit Card holder. So if you are one you have access to the sale TODAY! If you aren’t then you can apply to be one and once approved you can start shopping right away!

Here are the important dates you need to memorize:

July 12-19 EARLY access for US residents in store and online.

July 17-20 EARL access for Canadians in store only.

July 20-August 5 PUBLIC access for those who do not have the rewards card.

It’s never to early to start thinking about back to school shopping and fall wardrobes. Especially here in Vancouver where the weather can change so quickly! Below I have compiled some of my favorite pieces from this sale.

S H O E S

I love shoes and I don’t own nearly as much as I would like to haha! I love Fall fashion and I am ALL about Fall boots and booties. One of the boots that caught my eye was the Cole Haan ‘Parker grand stretch knee high boot’ in the colour black. This is a classic black riding boot that can be easily paired with any fall outfit. Another boot that I am loving is the Sam Edelman ‘Caprice Knee-High Boot’ in Golden Caramel Suede. This is a dressier boot with a block heel.

As for mules the Cole Haan ‘Piper Loafer Mule’ comes in 3 colours black leather, cordovan leather and twilight mauve suede you can’t go wrong with either of these in fact I want one in every color! Since it is still Summer, I am also loving the Tory Burch ‘Mardsen Flat Thong Sandal’ in tan.

C L O T H I N G

The trend I love most about Fall fashion are the big cozy sweaters and cardigans I get to wear. I’ll be living in this Barefoot Dreams ‘Cozychic Lite Coastal Hooded Cardigan’ in Carbon all Fall long! Jeans are always a hit anytime of the year especially a classic dark denim like the Paige ‘Hoxton High Waist Ankle Skinny.’  One pair of jeans I that really caught my eye are the JEN7 ‘Ankle Skinny Jeans’ in Cranberry. Such a gorgeous shade for the Fall months perfect for that thanksgiving dinner and pumpkin patch adventures.

B A G S  A N D  A C C E S S O R I E S

I live, breath, eat, sleep, die for bags and accessories. I’m totally on board the whole woven wicker bamboo bag trend and one of my faves is the Street Level ‘Cylinder Woven Cross Body bag’  I like big bags and I cannot lie so I’ve got my eye on the Tory Burch ‘Mardsen Pebbled Leather Tote.’  As a blogger it’s important to me to have a bag that’s large enough to carry around my laptop and what can beat the gold detailing on this bag?! If you’re not into the large tote bags I suggest taking a peek at the Tory Burch ‘Mardsen Leather Wallet Cross Body Bag.’ It’s the perfect size for a night out on the town or travelling on vacation this Summer.

As for sunglasses I’m really into the retro black sunnies. These ones by Kate Spade and Rag Bone are my go to. Last but not least everyone knows that I am a sucker for scarves especially plaid ones! They just scream FALL to me. This BP ‘Houndstooth & Grid Scarf’ is reversible and neutral in color. Red plaid will always have my heart and this Madewell Plaid Scarf has stolen mine this year.
