I’m obsessed with brows. I just started filling in my own and I can’t get enough! The NYX Microbrow pencil has long since been compared to Anastasia Beverly Hills brow pencil and has been crowned a dupe by many.
I personally have never actually tried the ABH brow pencil simply because it’s expensive for so little product. But for $11.99 sure I’ll try the NYX Microbrow pencil!
I picked this up in the shade Espresso which is a dark brown. I use ABH powder duo in Ebony and espresso matches perfectly. The NYX Microbrow pencil comes with a spooly on one end and a twist up pencil on the other end.
The pencil itself is pigmented, it’s creamy, it glides on and is able to make fine hair like strokes with ease. The formula wears all day, it’s smudge proof and it doesn’t melt off your face in the rain (it was crazy storming out when I had this on!) I specifically use this for outlining my brows and to fill in sparse areas after I’ve applied the ABH powder duo.
The NYX Microbrow pencil is a new staple and must have in my eyebrow routine! It gets into the difficult to reach places and is great at filling in the brows.

Definitely a staple! I carry it around with me in my makeup in case I ever need a quick touch up on the go 🙂 quite convenient!

I love the NYX Microbrow pencil! I’ve never tried the ABH brow pencil but I do have their pomade and I love both. I use the pomade for a darker, fuller effect and use the NYX pencil when I just want to lightly fill them in. great review! xx

I’ve tried both! The ABH one is slightly smoother but for the price of the NYX one I choose NYX!
